About Career

I work as a senior management professional in retail. I have over two decades of experience in leadership roles in consumer industry; both operating as well as consulting roles. Building ‘profitable growth’ led businesses from scratch is something I love doing. I enjoy working with people and I am passionate about retail and other consumer facing industry segments. I mentor and coach people and am working towards my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from International Coaching Federation.

When I am not working, I love travelling and enjoy spending time outdoors. I like activities with an element of adventure in the mix. It is in one such endeavour that I first explored high altitude trekking. My first trip was to Everest base camp and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Since then I have summited Kilimanjaro in Africa and attempted to summit Mt. Elbrus in Russia and failed. I have trekked in the Markha valley in Ladakh as well as trekked in the Indian Himalayas. I hope to journey through many more valleys and mountains.
